In Episode 3 we speak to Luke Fraser, Chair of the Scottish Islands Federation.
Luke grew up in Orkney before heading away to university, he returned to Orkney in 2005 and spent 16 years working for Orkney Islands Council. Luke now works for the North Ronaldsay Trust as the island’s Community Development Manager, developing and delivering capital and revenue projects.
