These consultations explore how Scotland can manage land and agriculture more fairly, sustainably, and effectively, including a review of the Community Right to Buy, which has helped communities take ownership of land and assets since 2003.
The Scottish Government wants to hear from everyone – whether you’re directly involved in land use, have experience of community ownership, or simply have an interest in how land is managed in Scotland.
