We have seen over the last few weeks how the weather and storms in particular can negatively impact the connectivity on islands, which is fundamental to how island operate and function. The purpose of the session is to learn more about the work of the Scottish and UK Government on broadband and telecommunication resilience, to discuss potential solutions to some of the challenges we have in islands as well as how we can be better prepared.
