Colonsay Community Development Company has just launched its crowdfunding campaign to raise £25,000 towards the cost of building new homes!
With a population of 130, a school roll about to drop to just 4 children and with more than 40% of housing stock non-residential, the availability of affordable housing is absolutely critical to the future of the island.
Taking action to find solutions, the local community now has exciting plans in place to build community-owned affordable homes and they are looking for £25,000 to help fill the final part of the funding package.
