Climate Change Message in a Bottle – Job Opportunity!

Islands are at the forefront of climate change worldwide, suffering from disasters and challenges resulting from rises in sea levels, but are also test beds of innovation, leading the pathway to positive change.

COP26 is coming to Scotland and we are delighted to be working with Strathclyde Centre for
Environmental Law and Governance
(SCELG) on the Climate Change Message in a Bottle project which will engage
with island-based schoolchildren in Scotland and beyond to introduce them to climate science, clean energy and COP26.The project will work with the children to bring their message back to COP26 and will then return to the islands to share how that
message was received by policymakers and climate stakeholders.

To help deliver the project, SCELG is currently seeking a Knowledge Exchange Assistant – closing date is 15 June and full details are here.
