Discussion Forum / Blog

We have started a discussion forum, or Blog, to help us start the consultation process required to represent the islands of Scotland.  In the first instance, the areas regarding membership and the Constitution have been password protected.  This is purely because we have a range of ideas that must be thought through carefully and clearly by the Committee and we feel that too many contributors to these discussions will slow the process down.    As soon as we feel that we have a worked out a solution and formula, we will post the results and allow an open debate. 

We do need new members to log in and give details.  In the first instance, you should be resident on a Scottish Island.  Later on, we will open the forum up, as clearly we will be asking for advice from European, and National bodies and their representatives.

The Forum is being 'Hosted' on a separate domain to allow more speed and bandwidth.

We will be looking for 'editors' and island reps to help manage this new Forum as it progresses, and feed key opinions back to Committee members.
